Features
What it actually does
The audit is free and needs no account. Everything below it comes with one.
01
Audit
Seven sections scored out of 100, with the line that caused each one.
No account needed
- Reads it as a parser does
- Contact block, summary, experience, education, skills, formatting, and ATS compatibility are scored separately, so a strong CV with one broken section is told which section.
- Botswana conventions
- BGCSE, COSC, BQA and NQF levels are recognised, and two pages is treated as standard rather than a fault. Employers here ask for a certified Omang copy as an attachment, so the audit flags the number when it appears on the CV itself instead of asking you to add it.
- Rewrites, not advice
- Each suggestion carries the original line and a replacement you can paste in.
02
Job board
Listings collected from Botswana job sites, deduplicated and dated.
- Two sources, daily
- Jobs Botswana and Sky Jobs are collected on a schedule. Listings are matched on URL, so a repost updates the existing entry instead of creating a second one.
- Closed roles drop out
- Closing dates are parsed from several formats and expired listings are excluded rather than left to clutter the board.
- Application route kept
- Where a listing exposes an application address, it is stored with the role so applying does not mean hunting for it again.
03
Matching
Every role scored 0 to 100 against your profile, with the gaps named.
- Four weighted dimensions
- Industry 30%, skills 25%, target title 25%, NQF level 20%. The weights are fixed and the same for everyone.
- Missing data is not guessed
- If a dimension cannot be assessed, its weight is redistributed across the ones that can, rather than being filled with an average that would move your score on no evidence.
- Reasons and gaps
- Each score comes with what matched and what did not, so a low number is actionable rather than just discouraging.
04
Tailoring
Your CV rewritten for one specific posting.
- Written against the posting
- The job description and your profile go to the model together, with tone guidance drawn from the sector you selected.
- Checked before you see it
- A result that comes back too short to be a real CV is rejected rather than shown to you as finished work.
- An honest change list
- The changes reported are verified against the returned text. A keyword is only listed as added if it is genuinely in the new version and was not in your original.
05
Pipeline
Every application from draft to offer, on one board.
- Nine states
- Draft, reviewing, sent, viewed, responded, interview, offer, rejected and withdrawn. Every one has a column, so nothing can be in a state the board cannot show.
- Dates you did not type
- Send and response timestamps are recorded when the action happens.
- Notes per application
- What you said, who you spoke to, what to follow up.
06
Stories and profiles
Interview answers banked in advance, and one profile per sector.
- STAR, written once
- Situation, task, action, result, plus a reflection. Written calmly ahead of time rather than invented in the room.
- A profile per sector
- Government and mining reward different CVs. Each profile carries its own summary, skills, target titles and tone, and matching runs against the one you choose.
- Your own model, optionally
- Connect your own provider key in settings and audits run on your account instead of the shared one.
